Do you ship internationally? Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

How long does it take for an order to arrive? Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Typically, orders take 1-3 weeks to reach the United States and Canada, and 2-3 weeks to reach the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and European countries.

When will my order be processed? Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. We aim to process orders within 3 business days from the order date and ship them the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Partial Shipments: As we offer a diverse range of products sourced from various locations worldwide, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. Therefore, you may receive items separately, with one arriving before the others. Rest assured, all items are on their way to you.

Origin of Items: At Delinyinsights, we pride ourselves on offering unique and speciality items sourced globally. While some products originate from the United States, many come from other parts of the world to provide you with a diverse selection of products that you won’t find elsewhere.

Customs and Taxes: Please note that the prices displayed on our website are tax-free. However, upon receiving your order, you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes imposed by your local customs office. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delinyinsights is not liable for any delays caused by customs procedures. Items Returned to Sender: In the event that an item is returned to us due to reasons such as failure to pick up the item at the post office, refusal of delivery, or non-payment of customs fees, we will refund customers the cost of the item(s) only, excluding shipping costs.

1. If the item(s) are returned due to failure to pick up or refusal of delivery, or if attempted delivery was unsuccessful, customers have the option to request reshipment of the item(s) for a small shipping fee of USD 7 per item.
2. Alternatively, customers may opt for a refund, with a deduction of USD 15 per item from the total refund amount.
